    Really bad customer service!!I ordered a size 28/12 swimsuit for my daughter who is 12. I received a size 24/8. Arena would not accept a return. The suit was final sale but I did not receive the size I ordered. The customer service rep said that my order was indeed for a size 24/8. I would never have ordered such a small size for my 12 year old. There should be an exception to the return policy for situations like this.

    I purchased a swimsuit for my daughter for Christmas and the seam started coming undone the first time she wore it. *** tried calling with no response. I have emailed them with photos. They refuse to replace the swimsuit. My 8 year old is devastated. Will never purchase anything Arena again!

    Do not buy Arena swimwear, it is poor quality, the fabric can break out and rip any time. Imagine this happening while you are competing! I bought the powerskin carbon air jammers, $320, for my nephew last year, he used it exclusively for competitions, probably ***** times in total. The fabric broke right in the middle of competition so he had to borrow other people's swimwear to finish off. What a shame and embarrassment! His $50 training swimwear has lasted longer at 10 times the wear. These are ridiculously overpriced junk. Of course, Arena *** doesn't take any responsibility for this, they just get your money. Spare yourself the embarrassment with Arena products.
