    On March 2nd 2025, I purchased a bikini bottom and a bikini top. Both in size XL, as it says in the order confirmation.The order arrived on March 11th 2025, but the top was a size XXL. I contacted customer service that same day to let them know that they had shipped the wrong size and Id like to exchange it. I included a photo of the top with the tag that read XXL.I followed up 2 times before I received a reply telling me that returns were expensive and theyd offer me a 50% refund I obviously did not want that. I just wanted the correct size. They then asked for a photo. At this point I was annoyed- someone clearly hadnt read the email at all. Since then its been me chasing for an answer and someone calling herself *******, telling me theyll look into it. I have them a deadline of EOD March 26th to come up with a resolution. They countered with EOD March 28th. Today is March 29th and I have heard nothing. I just wanted them exchange the item from the wrong size that they sent, to the correct size that I ordered. Its should not be that difficult. Id they refuse to exchange it, then they should refund me so I can spend my money elsewhere.

    I purchased a swimsuit from this company and upon receipt it was way too small. I emailed asking for an exchange but they only offered a refund if I returned it or 50% off buying another. I opted to return it and I have all receipts from the return. I have been in communication with a ****** and have not gotten my refund. I believe they stole my money and are giving a fake story about having to return the item to ********. Do not buy from this company.

    My item was returned to the sender on 9/6 as it was undeliverable due to an error in the delivery address so this item was automatically returned by **** to sender, Better Tan.After initial contact advising them to refund, which they said they would upon receipt, they have not responded to any of my emails thereafter as of 8/31/24. I've since read numerous postings on social media as well as the web that this is very typical of this company to take money and not provide returns and stopping responding to customer emails.

    I have been waiting for a package for 2 months. I ordered May 31st, the tracking has shown 'delayed' since June 5th, it is now July 18th. I've tried to contact them in several different ways and they have stopped responding. They kept telling me it was on the way and resending the old tracking, but it clearly got lost in transit and they've ignored all my emails after I asked for a refund for an item that NEVER CAME! Not only did I pay for an item that I never got, but I paid $18 for expedited shipping!! Unreal! This business is run so poorly, I will never purchase from here again and advise no one else to unless you want to lose your money. I demand a refund from this company and if it's not refunded, I will report fraud and contest the charge with my credit card company since they refuse to acknowledge the issue and process a refund for an order that I never got.

    I purchased a swim suit set and wanted to exchange for a larger size. It took them a few days to get back to me. When they did they suggested it would be too expensive to return and offered me a 50% credit or refund to buy a new bottom. I agreed to this arrangement. It has been a week and multiple emails attempting to get the refund or store credit and they have completely ghosted me. Terrible customer service. Would never purchase from them again.

    I placed an order through Better Tan online. It is marketed as a bathing suit to prevent tan lines. It says on the website that the bathing suits are not see through. This seemed like a good option since I have my wedding came up to eliminate the tan lines from the straps. I got my order and the bathing suits are not wearable. The material is completely see through. I emailed as it stated on their website to initiate a return. I got a response back stating : "We're more than happy to assist you with the return, however, the cost of the return is expensive so we'd like to offer you a 50% refund and you can use the items you have as a gift to someone special during a special occasion or holiday season. This will save you from the hassle of returning the items received". I asked how much the return would be because I couldn't imagine it would be $93.50, which is 50% of what I paid. It also clearly states on their website the return labels are only $20. I did not receive a response after that from then with any info or a return label. I started a claim with Discover because I was not getting anywhere with the company. Discover unfortunately could not help with the claim. The manager told me "they are not a refund business". They suggested I reach out to you for help. I tried to reach out to the company one more time before contacting you. I have attached the second email thread for you. They kept trying to argue with me that the chargeback has not been posted. I provided multiple screenshots and even the letter from discover and a copy of my transactions for the last 6 months so that they could see it posted. They told me to wait a week so they could receive more documentation from Discover. I did and have not received a response back now after attempting to email them again. Of importance, this company has no additional contact info other than email. There is no address or phone number on their website and I believe they are out of ********. I appreciate your help.
