    On 9/12/22 I submitted an online order for 5 New Era Caps. The total amount of my order was $70.02. I paid with a credit card. I received an e-mail with and order confirmation # of ****. The order was supposed to ship out within 2 business days. I still have not received the order. I have called them ***************) on 9/19 and on 9/21 - no one answered. I left a voicemail asking for the status of this order (both times) and no one has called me back. I also e-mailed them ********************************** on 9/20 and 9/21 and no one has e-mailed me back.I e-mailed them again today (9/25) to Cancel the Order. Their website (roccstar.com) says they have 24 hour e-mail support. I have NEVER received a response to any of my e-mails.

    I placed an order and paid for #** Tshirts on 6/22/22 and have not received shipment of product yet. I have tried to call and email the company multiple time but no response. I am requesting a refund for the cost of the shirts in the amount of $101.20.
