      DONT SUBCRIBE TO SERVICE HERE! My only experience was at the ************ location. I signed up for monthly service of cryo 2-times per week. I provided my debt card for auto-payments each month. Over half of the time, they would be out of nitrogen and tell me the tank would be refilled in a few days. Half of those return trips I was told again to come back the next day to get the same story. This was a chronic issue for this location. After a couple of month of being charged for a service that they could not deliver, I asked to cancel my membership. I was told there was a 10-day advance notice required prior to the next billing cycle. I was also told I could not cancel in person and had to send this request via e-mail only. I provided my advance written cancellation request as instructed and was still charged for another months service. I asked for a refund only to be charged again for a 2nd months service. After many contact attempts, I was refunded 1-months service and told I had to provide an advance 30-day notice, but they would look into it. They never responded back and never refunded me for the other month. In my opinion it felt like this was a deliberate practice.

      Ripped me off. I have a serious heart issue, myocarditis , I bought a package of from these theives that I could not utilize and they refused to refund me. Scumbags.

      Unfortunately, we are unaware of this issue.  This client signed up for a membership in May of 2021, and has not been charged by ** since October of 2021. We have not received any emails or calls regarding the inability to utilize services nor a refund. We believe this was meant for a different company of similar name.
