    I am writing to file a complaint against Gills Auto in ********, **. My recent experience raised significant concerns about honesty, pricing, service quality, and possible discrimination against me as a woman.When I visited the shop to repair a single tire with a nail, which was the only one losing air, they claimed severe wear and insisted on replacing all four tires. Despite my assertion that only one tire was problematic, I was sold a set of four new tires priced significantly above the $103 per tire available elsewhere, including delivery.Furthermore, I was charged for an alignment they didnt perform, claiming without proper inspection that my ball joints needed replacement an assertion that seemed like an upsell tactic. They then selected the tire with the nail as my spare, while leaving the nail embedded, which contradicts their claim of it being irreparable and shows negligence or dishonest intent.Additionally, I was charged for a warranty, never discussed or requested, valid only at their location, which adds inconvenience given other available services in my area. Moreover, the new tires were lower-grade highway tires, replacing my original higher-quality ************************** tires, without proper consent or discussion.I request a refund for the alignment and for the warranty I won't use and seek a credit toward tires comparable to the originals they replaced. These practices mislead customers and warrant a thorough review to ensure future transparency and customer-focused service.Thank you for your assistance.
