I put my vehicle up for voluntary repossession. They told me no issue. They told me they would come get it. Another telling me that the math doesn't make sense. That they can't find somebody to come out and get it. They're located in ******** ****** 30 to 35 minutes at fast away from *********** ****** where I live. So you tell me if that's too far for them to have a company come and get my car and tow it away for the voluntary repossession. I believe they lied to me I believe they're trying to get out of getting the vehicle. Considering they haven't been doing their jobs or working on getting anybody out here. I waited almost a month now. And contacted them several times. And the vehicle is still in my driveway. It would be greatly appreciated if you could get them to come and get the vehicle. Considering it is only ********************************************************** they're doing everything they can to not follow through with the promise of coming and getting the voluntary repossession. And I refuse to get sued by this company because of their negligence

Complainant and a co-signer entered an installment contract for a loan secured by auto title. We did not sell the vehicle, and we are not involved with the sale transaction between dealers and customers. We purchase the loan contract and service the loan. This loan is in default, and customer notified us that the collateral is not running, needs a motor, and is parked in their driveway and the interior is growing mold. She requested we repo the vehicle.  Given the known condition,  it is unlikely the proceeds from the vehicle sale would exceed the costs required to liquidate (transport, auction fees, reconditioning, etc.). If proceeds from sale do not exceed the cost to liquidate, the loan balance increases, which is not in the best interest of the customers or us. It has been deemed that securing and liquidating the collateral would likely increase the debt obligation owed by the customers, rather than reduce the balance. Since the loan is in default, we are not inclined to increase the balance due.  If the customers would like our help facilitating a transport and sale, they would have to pay the costs to transport, market, recondition and any other costs up front, and any sale proceeds would then be applied to the account upon sale. If they would like to sell the vehicle themselves, we could consider releasing the title for amount less than the balance given vehicle's current condition. Please contact us with any questions.
