      I contacted this business to do repairs on my vehicle. I went with this business they said they would work with me on my co-pay.the front corner panel bumper and headlight of my car That was damaged. The plastics behind the side panel was damaged, And they never put them back on . The whole headlight mounting assembly needed to be replaced. Was not . Also, the plastics under the wheel well were scraping on the tire. they did not r replace the tire.They removed the protective plastics underneath the vehicle and did not reinstall them or s**** holes on the inside of the car door. I tried contacting for three weeks and they kept avoiding my calls and telling me that people were out of town. They couldnt help me. I went in and spoke with one of the guys and he was acting funny and wouldnt even really look at my car and then he said we didnt fix. crack across the mounting bracket and why it wasnt fixed. ***** told me that its not broken and I said its cracked across there and he grabs the headlight and starts pulling on it and shaking the car and tells me see its not falling off. Its not broken..by him doing that he made the crack larger now Im too intimidated to go back and talk to the guy because he looked me straight in the face and said that it wasnt broken when it is literally broken He said he wasnt going to submit a work order i gave him $500 I would like to know why he Took the plastics off the bottom of my car an didnt put the plastics back underneath my car if he wasnt going to put them back on to protect the ** wiring **** Because now my car is being exposed to the elements . Both my insurance company and my attorney told me that I needed to discuss it with the shop because I picked that shop. I didnt pick them to. Remove things from my car, not put them back on or fail to repair my car my insurance company paid more
