    I have 2023 freightliner cascadia i bought my first truck and the engine seized at ****** and later company dont want to cover the engine now. And the bill to replace for new engine is like 50000$ how im going to afford this .i bought 2023 truck not a 1993

    I bought a brand new 2020 ************ home .the first four months started having steering problems .took to 3 frieghtliner repair shops that frieghtliner told me to none of repair facilities could fix problem .finely drove it to ******* to Newmar repair center. ******** went out all the way. Got stuck in hotel for 5 days then had to fly home and fly back to get coach drove it back to ******* the problems still exists very dangeres to drive. But frieghtliner said it was safe to drive thank god we didnt get in a wreck .now this makes it the forth repair facility.now Im thinking Ill never get it fixed I should just trade it in. But I couldnt do that and put another person in danger because I know frietliner doesnt care about there customers just the dollars .after all the time money and heart ***** drove it from fla to ************** to ***************************** they fixed everything in 7 hours .the steering callum was wired backwards and addid a part to the motor so it would quit running hot.I can not beleave frieghtliner put my life a risk for so long.now I have tires that are three years old and ****** miles on them blowing out .worked my whole life to retire and *** spent the last 3 year spending my retirement money and time trying to get a bad product safe to drive. Unbelievable

    The electric charging station ******************************************************************* says it is available to the public but they often restrict public access to many chargers that say they are available. The reason I am reporting them is because I know that companies receive money from government programs if they open their stations to the public. It is a lot of money. I am concerned that Daimler Trucks may be lieing about the stations being public in order to collect the tax payers money.

    I purchased a Freightliner Cascadia in June 2022 and paid $167,000.On May 22, the driver heard strange sounds from the truck axle and immediately parked the truck on the road. The driver then had the truck towed to the nearest mechanic (**************************) to diagnose the problem. They opened the front axle and advised that it was damaged and needed to be replaced.The truck has a warranty for 500K miles or 6 years (current mileage 388K) and the axles are covered under the warranty.On June 30, I towed the truck to the dealership at *******************************. They have been in contact with the Freightliner warranty department for over a month and on August 3, advised me that Freightliner has not yet determined if this would be covered under warranty. Premier *********** is asking me to pay $12000 to make the necessary repairs without ant warranty coverage.I purchased this newer vehicle for a large amount with the hope that Warranty would cover major repairs. However, after waiting for over a month and each day of financial losses, Freightliner is not keeping their warranty promise.

    We purchased a used Freightliner Cascadia at ********************* with an extended warranty which we paid for extra $7,000 for. We also lost 2 week of work.-On March 3rd the vehicle had an issue and was taken to the repair center, the issue was with the Def one box which is covered under the warranty.-On March 10th we were told that the repair will not be covered under the warranty because one box had damage on it, we told them that the vehicle has never been in an accident and that it had to come like that from when we purchased it from them used. We told them that we purchased the warranty for a situation like this one.-The one box has a metal cover, and it had a dent on one of the corners and bent slightly. -We asked to speak with someone else to see if it was covered, and we were denied the request. -The repair center sent an invoice for $19,805.66 to repair the issue, which is, again, why we purchased the warranty.We were also charged $513.00 for them not preparing anything and having it in the lot.-We have tried to get this done under the warranty, and it was not possible; the amount for the repair is large, almost half of what the vehicle cost now, and we can not cover this large bill.-One of the mechanics there even mentioned that nothing could have happened due to any impact because that is why that metal box is there for.-Vehicle has been picked up already but we were not able to fix and use the warranty that paid for extra on top of the price of the vehicle. The warranty was meant for this situation and we will like some help with this.We spoke with Sevice advisor ********************* at ********************* at ************************************************* (which is a division of Daimler Truck.
