      I am beyond disappointed by Freighliner Warrantly!!! I bought a brand new truck in Feb 2024 and i had to take it TransChicago *********, ** for repair. The part that had to be replaced is under warrantly and the shop is charging for $481.79 for it !!! Unacceptable !! Why am i paying 200K for a brand new truck that supposidly comes with warrantly only to go to the shop and pay extra. The case # for repait was ********. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!

      Part number VIP-V4152, Switch Pot Assembly, went out on our 2020 Class A Thor Tuscany motorhome back in early October 2022, which controls our windshield wipers which are operated on our steering wheel. We brought the ** in October 26th to repair the wipers but they said they had to order the part number above from Freightliner Corp. It's been over 4 months and now they are saying the part won't be in until Oct to December of 2023 or later. We have a cross country trip planned in April with our ** and we have called every Freightliner Company possible with no results of getting that part. It's a part that ALL vehicles with a Freightliner Smart Wheel would affect, which are Motorhomes, Cascadia trucks, etc, so how can that part not be available for more than a year? We went on a week trip with our **with no windshield wipers through 4 rain storms and it was not safe. We filed a claim/complaint with ************************************ regarding the above situation. We have been desperately calling around to every Freightliner Company possible with no resolution. We called the Corporate headquarters of Freightliner in ******** ** and their phone number is out of order. We couldn't believe it. The number is **************. You can call it and see it is out of order. We have thousands of dollars invested in our once in a lifetime x-country trip in mid April and we are truly hoping we can get our wipers fixed by then. Any help would be so very much appreciated. We are a nervous wreck over this whole situation. Thank you so much. ***************************
