  Sharing story so far. So far RUN RUN RUNFound a great car at a great price. Was approved for a loan at great rates (I had my own financing but they had theirs, so no biggie went with them) signed purchase contract on 4/23/25. Salesman told me 2-3 days your car will be on a truck wired them 30kits now May 7th. I asked if I could have my money back but was told it was non refundableso apparently they can keep it until they figure the loan out. No communication after I wired the money. I have to constantly text. A little reassurance goes a long way.

  My wife and I just purchased a 2022 Tesla ************* from D&C Motor *** and it was hands down the best car-buying experience we've ever had!   Terrible service, I sold them my 2020 ***** bolt, they took ownership of the vehicle 8/14/2024 via delivery truck and it took me calling a total of 37 times and being lied to 4 separate times about a check having been sent for them to finally send out a check with tracking on 9/20/2024 after I threatened to bring in a ********* not work with this company, they called me 0 times to update me on the money I was owed. And they will do the same to you too.

  Love my Meecedes very stand up people . Super nice , had no hassle and got a great rate on my first car loan . Thx **** Edit: I did not write this. The owner ******, took my phone to set up an insurance for the car I bought, opened yelp, and said "this is a cool app" and wrote himself a review. I bought a broken car which I realized a week after I bought it and they tried their best to say that it is not possible for them to buy it until I have the car for a month to two. Now they say it's too late for them to buy it back. They also added an additional partial warranty of $3,000 to the broken car they were selling. To which I refused because I thought the car was good. They put it in anyway because I wasn't paying attention. Found out about it after the car broke down the first time within a week. The repair cost was close to $3,000, and the warranty barely covered $1,000 off of it, with the rest coming from my pocket. After I sold the car in 6 months (bought it for $27k and sold it for $12k), I ask if I'll get some money back from from the warranty company. I believe it was **** who handled it. He gave me back around $400+ because he said that's all the refund the warranty company is giving me. I walked out, called the warranty company, and the lady on the phone was furious that I only got $400 instead of the correct total of $1,500. She asked me to walk back in and give the phone to ****. Not long after he wrote me an additional check that bring the total to $1,500.

  Was really looking forward to doing business with this company considering my parents had bought from them before with no issues. Although we will definitely not be doing business with them again. Went to sign paperwork just to be told I would not be receiving my car for about another week because they had to do maintenance on it, I was disappointed but willing to wait. About a week later I got to drive it back home on the way tried turning on the ** where only hot air would come out and not even ************************************************************************ the middle of traffic. Had to call the dealership where they seemed reluctant to believe that this had happened because I didn't take pictures of the dash warnings as it was occurring. Had to wait for the engine to cool down and have my mom follow me on the 10 minute more drive home to ensure my safety, as she was following me, she had told me that my break lights were not working. I called the dealer back and then had to call a towing company the next day to take it back to them. They had it in shop for another 2 weeks just to tell me nothing was wrong with it and that they would never sell me a car that wasn't "safe" and "reliable". I eventually got the car back, but it constantly overheats, and I am not able to drive more than 15 minutes down the road. Even with this, I have been in contact with the business office because I have yet to receive my plates and registration. I was told that the holdup was because "we cannot get in contact with the previous owner to receive the title, he lives in **********, so the time difference is hard". It's been 6 months, 2 trip permits, and 1 visit to the dealer later that I have still yet to receive the plates, registration and to be told that "there is nothing we can do, we are actively trying to get the title "it will be about 2 more weeks" "You can't return it, its legally your car" I'm appalled.
