    Living in our first apartment, me and my husband, then fianc, had 2 ladies come up to the door offering to vacuum our couch or something for points they needed to go on a trip to Vegas. We agreed to this hoping to help these young women. I was not modestly dressed enough for the two big men that came up the stairs instead. After bringing up the Kirby equipment we had just one man in our living room, but still I had to excuse myself to change into something I felt more comfortable in with a strange man around as I wasn't expecting it. This sales guy would not leave for the life of us. He parked himself in our living room trying to sell us a vacuum we simply were not interested in. He played this game with us, something along the lines of guessing 5 ways a certain attachment could be used to win a free vacuum, we played and won. He then "called" his boss and his boss showed up and they did this whole charade of acting like he was upset with him, and that "we can't give them a free vacuum". We just wanted them to leave and asked the guy multiple times. He told us we could try the vacuum and if we liked it we could do a bogo. They had us sign papers (NEVER DO THIS) and we had one for my husbands parents to try, and after a few days wanted to return them. Apparently you have 3 days to return them or its obsolete? So we got stuck with 100 a month contract for 4 years. We found after the first month payment that we had a no soliciting sign on our apartments and tried every way possible to contact them because we were scammed into something we didn't want in the first place. This instance caused more headaches then anything and the vacuum died after 3 years of use. It stopped working completely and even when it did, worked just as well as out 70 dollar vacuum we already had. Piece of garbage company, and the salesmen deserve a metal for disappointing and targeting young couples who sadly don't know any better. Expensive ****** learned.
