    The end result of the first tint job they did ended up leaving bubbles in the corners of the windows and the tint wasnt even close to matching my back windows. They did the work in a hour. Next I asked them to redo the job. They no showed for the appointment I made. Never even apologized. I made another appointment. They were 30 mins late. They did the job again and again it left bubbles in the corners of my windows. They said they would give me a refund. Then said they wouldn't. And said it had a lifetime warranty. I asked them to do the job again then. And now their ignoring my calls and emails. And have not responded at all.

    Customer came in for a window tint installation, and received a window tint installation. When the customer came in to get his windows fixed; he stated that the percentage of the tint was not dark enough and stated that it did not match the rear windows. The front windows and rear windows meter at the same percentage. While customer was at the shop, stated that there was bubbles that you could feel on the rear windshield, but you could not see them. The window tint installation service that was given is up to our standards as a business; however we feel as if the customers expectations are too high and are unable to be met at this point. We offer a lifetime warranty that voids refunds if used, the customer used the warranty by coming in and getting his windows re tinted. Customer demanded a Saturday appointment and our business is not open on Saturdays, customer was told this information as well. As a business; we have spent a lot of time and money on this service; and feel it is not necessary at this time to give a refund. We do not advertise for a perfect window tint with no bubbles or specks, we advertise window tint installation; which is what was provided. We do however fix issues that arise if needed, or if they were due to the installation process. That was already provided for this customer.

    I am rejecting this response because: The business is lying on everything they just stated. The first time they tinted my windows the tint difference was several shades off from my back windows. Both the tech and owner witnessed this together as they use their calibrator on my window. Their warranty is a fraud. They tinted my windows a second time before this happened I spoke to ***** she told me personally that if the tint had the same issues she would issue me a full refund. Then went back on that when I called a third time for them to tint my windows again as it again had bubbles. ***** and **** both ignored all my calls, texts, and emails after that.
