    Please check Yelp for honest reviewssomehow, this clinic filters out negative feedback on ****** and solicits positive reviews, which is against Googles review policy. Our experience was a nightmare. The vet hastily prescribed SSRIs for our dog without a proper assessment, starting her on a dangerously high dose. After five days, she developed severe anxiety, and the clinic ignored our calls for over a week.The manager, ******, apologized and promised a refund and a behavioral consult with *** ******, who later admitted she wasnt qualified. Our dog remained anxious, and their misinformation about a nonexistent heart murmur delayed sedation. The happy puppy visit was a disaster, with long waits and staff chaos.Despite multiple follow-ups, we never received the promised refund. ****** later denied ever offering it. Our dog had an adverse reaction after sedation, and they failed to monitor communications properly. Ultimately, we had to dispute the charge. This clinic is negligent, dishonest, and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

    I have been going to this business for over 13 years. The last several years have had an enormous amount of staff turn-over. There have been many small errors including expensive paw-plan issues, trying to reduce long term medications that have proven effective at the current dose, and now they are down to one half time vet. The staff are nice enough, but this is not a well-run clinic like it used to be.
