If I could I would give Wongs Building Supply 0 stars. I purchased Silestone Corktown Suede quartz. Cost me just shy of $5,000 I was splurging and had worked hard to save up that money! Counters were installed August of 2022.-improper amount of holes for faucet -visible seam left with glue, silicone and scratches -1st chip occurred august 2022 -chips continuing still, present day (3-22-24) chips are not secluded to just 1 particular area. They are everywhere throughout the entire countertop. **************** has not been helpful. Every email I would send would get directed to a different person. Individuals that I would speak to on the phone would no longer be working there and I would have to re-explain the situation and circumstances. Extremely frustrating. While it is true that Wongs states they do not cover chips or scratching I felt inclined to pursue the validity of the product I had spent so much money on; especially since things were wrong on day 1 of install. My dad has even tried reaching out to Wongs on my behalf and was referred to as a *****. I would probably not be so adamant had I not added onto my kitchen. I now have a massive island and would like for the island to match the counters. I am cutting my losses with Wongs, pulling everything out and going with an entirely different product and different company. Extremely disheartening. And shame on you, Wongs, for calling my dad a *****.
