    On 01/12/25 I purchased the product with the lead time being 3-5 days and charged me $7 for the shipment fee.On 01/14/25 I get an update that the drops on their way.On 01/16/25 I asked about the status of my package to arrive on 01/17/25 and no reply.On 01/17/25 I received an automated message saying the package will arrive soon.On 01/17/25 I reply asking my status since it was supposed to arrive by this day already.On 01/21/25 I asked for a delivery fee refund since another automated email was sent saying it was being delivered 01/22/25 now. On the same day I sent a follow up email saying thank you for the update but I would still like a refund on the shipping. It was not sent out prompt when it showed it was ready at the warehouse for days. I was charged for 3-5 days and not 10 days.On 01/22/25 I sent a follow up email asking if someone can help with my issues. No reply still this whole time.I also sent a question on their site and no reply.On 01/23/25 I said if no one is willing to help me with my issue then i need a full refund. I have left the package intact how it arrived because they ruined the ************* this day I have received no response from DropFx and am stuck with the product. I want either my full refund on this transaction or the shipping charge refunded and a professional apology.I was excited to try other products but not anymore.

    Purchased on April 25th.Recieved notice on June 13th that the product was to be shipped soon.Reached out to business on May 7, may 15, May 18th.Company claimed to have manufacturing issues. Offered to ship me a different product at the same price on June 13th.I reached on on July 19th and several more days through email, instagram, ********* I called all numbers associated with this business and emailed the owner ****. It is now august 8th and I have not recieved any response or product. The total cost was $39.00 usd. I have all communication saved if needed.

    I ordered their product and my card was charged in March. When I contacted the company after not getting my shipment delivered, the company responded via email that they were out of stock but more was on the way. After a month of waiting I again contacted them and they sent me a DHL tracking number which satisfies me for a week. After tracking the number again the tracker said never fulfilled and the shipment never left the facility. After numerous attempts via email (because they wont provide a phone number) I checked reviews on line and to my surprise the company has been scamming numerous others in the same manner. The company will charge your card and never ship it to you. They feel since its only $30.00 that enough people will forget about it and never complain. This is a serious issue and we need help please.
