    Found them on BBB. Glad I went with their company. **** was great to work with. He was always helpful and very supportive with my kitchen project. Would definitely recommend them if you have a restoration project.

    Terrible customer service. I waited weeks for updates and received very confusing communication If I have restoration needs in the future, I definitely will not be using this company. The stress and headache of dealing with their unreliable and confusing communication on top of the stress and headache of dealing with water damage was so frustrating. It seems to me that companies that specialize in these kinds of repairs would know that their customers are probably going through some hard times and that customer service then, would make a world of difference. Oregon Restoration clearly does not understand this need.

    Amazing work. ***** was an absolute true professional. We had an issue with the cabinet company not delivering what they promised and ***** stepped in and got it handled. Very clear communication, prompt , professional and all around good guy .
