    Purchased plugin for woocommerce to integrate sales data into a salesforce instance. After many hours of trying to make it work, I reached out to their support which asks for more and more stuff until you feel uncomfortable giving any more and then only makes themselves available at ridiculous times. In my case, 1AM. They may even be retaliating against me by shutting down ************* as it has ceased to function since raising the issue with them. The plugin seemed to work at first but upon having the *********** through the work they reported many issues and now, as I try to sort through them I realize they are out of my control and I need resolutions on their end. On top of this, they engage in a campaign of disinformation to raise there online review ratings to lure unsuspecting customers in and then try to trap them in a cycle of paying for more and more products to get their original decrepit program to work properly. They need to be stopped before they can waste any more people's time or defraud them of their money.

    I purchased a plug-in for my Wordpress website called woocommerce pro on February 15th. It was interfering with my website and wasnt as user friendly as I had hope. I reached out via WhatsApp for a refund, as seen on the screenshot I uploaded, and I didnt hear back. I also emailed several times and can not seem to get anyone to initiate a refund. I called the US number on their website and no one answered. I simply want a refund. Thank you!
