    I purchased the product on December *******. After placing the order the email states it will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days. I inquired after the shipping not taking place in the stated amount of days, just to cancel the order, the representative wrote back and stated they could not cancel it, but once I receive the item I would be able to return it. The item shipped 9 days after ordering, I received the product and was not happy with it. I immediately emailed the customer service **** and asked how to go about a refund. They after about FOURTEEN emails are still only offering a percentage of my refund amount back and a coupon. I replied with wanting a full refund and no coupon. I asked for a return label to ship the item back, they told me no and gave me a return address in ***** and they would reimburse the full shipping amount. On the website it shows a return address of **********. The website also states that a refund is possible within the first 60 days. I don't want the item at all I just want my money back.

    I ordered 4 wigs and 3 of them were nothing like what I ordered. I requested a refund and they offered a 20% refund to which I said no. The total order was $158.06. The one wig was $34.99 that I like.

    I placed an order for $71.99 on 12/17/22 with this company for 2 wigs. On 1/13/23 I still hadn't received the item and the tracking information at 17track.net keeps saying ***************. I contacted the company at ********************************** and received a response from someone named ****** that said it was coming. Several emails later, on 1/18/23 I received a response saying if it hasn't been received by 1/24/23 to contact them again. The email thread appears to have disappeared as I can't respond to let them know the package hadn't arrived.

    -order placed 11-16-22 -paid $36.98 -company Wigyy promises to refund dissatisfied customers within 60 days of purchasing the item.-upon reaching out to their customer service email, ******, the customer service rep handling my email, refused to refund me and rudely offered 10% refund, 20% discount so I can buy it again and see if I accept it and 10% refund and keep the product I want to return, and finally 15% refund.     Order W8268353 They sent defective stuff **** a huge delay after i ordered. I kimdly emailed that i wanted to edmxchange. After my several emails they finally! Answered and adked picture so i provided and they just simply dissapeared. I want to return all that garbage low qyality broken pins ship back
