    Was for a roof **** cleaning job 8/30/22. When they arrived for job they increase quote from 500 to $1000 because of more **** than anticipated. Ended job with a large portion of job not cleaned because (scrubbing too much damages roof".

    Thank you for the feedback, and Im sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. Providing quality services and caring for our customers' roofs are our highest priorities, and were more than happy to work with you to ensure everything is up to our standard.


    We do provide the majority of our estimates over the phone, which enables us to speed up the process from the initial phone call to completion of the work for our customers, and the vast majority of the time our estimates work out just fine. However, there are situations where we go out to a home and find the scope of work is significantly larger than anticipated, and that is when we correct our estimate. You are never obligated to move forward with a service if we adjust the estimate.


    Removing **** by hand with a stiff brush is gentle for your roof but very laborious for our technicians, so the **** level on your roof has a big impact on the price of our service. While we may not always be the cheapest, our process for addressing **** is the gentlest method for roofs and very effective on ****.


    Our goal of protecting your roof is also why we dont always remove every single piece of ****, particularly when there is heavy, widespread **** that would require excessive agitation to completely remove and when the roof is aging and more susceptible to wear and tear. We apply a **** treatment to your roof in order to kill any of that remaining ****, though it does take a few weeks to take full effect.


    It looks like we communicated with you earlier this month about allowing a full 30 days for our **** treatment to kill the **** that remains on your roof and about how we can absolutely come back out after that time to take care of things if needed. We are approaching the 30 day ***** so we will reach out to you soon to see how things are progressing.
