    They have been my ******** service provider for months. I have been without service for seven days and they are ignoring me and wont help. They have taken $85 out of my checking account but they are not providing me with ******** services. Ive sent emails to every email address I can find nobody there is helping me it has been seven days now.

    As Briefly as possible, I am a truck driver, travel all over the country, and depend on good wifi. After years of searching, I found "Travel Data" I bought a portable Router and service for 200 plus Dollars. Additionally, the first month of unlimited service for $85.00 a month. I received the router and got service immediately. After the second payment, The router quit working. I went to their website for technical support. The first response was less than favorable and after a second time asking for help, they finally rebooted my router. It worked well for another month. After the third payment, the same thing happened again, and this went on for a total of 4 cycles when the router finally quit altogether. They suggested I get a new sim card, and I followed their instructions to the ** and still no router. They finally told me to buy a new router. I asked them why they would not replace the router I bought, but I got no reply, and from thence until now, no answer. So I got a new router, put the sim into it, and asked them what the next step is, and they replied that they would no longer do business with me. I want a total and complete refund of every ***** I spent AND to be reimbursed for the NEW router. They refuse to communicate any further. This report will be copied and sent to the *** as well. I am looking to you to make them refund my total cost
