    We love chipdrop! Chipdrop will bring you a dump truck load of chips, and yes, there are some leaves and pine needles in it. It was absolutely perfect for mulching our garden beds and smothering the endless weeds! You can see if their are active chip droppers in your area through their map on their site. They dropped off my truck load exactly where I wanted it. This is a free service and is worth way more than free! I donated $20 to cover the chip dropper's expense and I received my load in less than a week. The time to receive a load varies depending on location. Chip drop was recommended to me by family members. It's worth it!*****

    The arborist did not follow directions and dumped chips ON my vehicle, and blocked my driveway. Chipdrop's response was uncaring, uninterested, and flippant. I've spent over $350 so far to try and dig out the car in order to estimate damage and use it again. It is disappointing that CD cares little about what they are doing. I have warned everyone I know (as well as online groups such as ********, Reddit etc) not to use this "service."People should avoid these people like the plague or suffer their own damage.

    Chip drops customer service and business plan gets a ONE star. There is no contact number to speak to a live agent. The business was used against me. I received two unauthorized DUMPS on my drive way, I DID NOT request them and DID NOT authorize them. CHIPDROP refuses to reimburse me with the cost of the Clean up fee of $500. Ive heard no response on how to resolve the issue. There was no knock on the door, no warning of the drop. Just unloaded at least 900 pounds on my driveway with NO Authorization. Small business or not this should not be my problem to clean up.

    I have been trying to reach out and get ahold of someone for over a week. My emails are not being ignored. A drop was requested and I have a double driveway. The drop was instead made on my front lawn and not using the double driveway. After finally moving the chips off my lawn, there are big deep tire marks, which means that the truck actually drove on my lawn to deliver. I have asked via email over 8 times for someone to get back to me and am not getting a response. I have even tried reaching out on Instagram since I am not sure where to go next. I will now be taking things to the better business bureau to hopefully get someone to help with a resolution.

    Chip Drop is a God Send for gardeners like me! I have a big garden & need *********** of mulch. This was my second load & once again it went like clockwork. It was placed exactly where I showed them to place it in the photo. This has got to be one of the best deals going! Thanks a million!

    I was concerned by the disclaimers about not getting any delivery notice, but my experience was absolutely perfect. I asked for clarification via the site and received a prompt answer. I uploaded a photo of my driveway from the street to indicate my preferred delivery location and crossed my fingers. I received email updates and delivery within 24 hours, exactly where I wanted it. The material was just what I hoped for. It's not the wood chips you buy (for a lot of money) in bags, but it's completely organic and keeps tree trimmings out of landfill. Yay, ChipDrop!

    This is the 2nd year we have participated...and it is the best. You all do a great job at keeping in touch. So well coordinated -- and it's always a FUN "Surprise" the day the chips arrive. It's like magic!Keep up the excellent work. Truly one of the highlights of "life."

    The instructions on the website for ChipDrop.com was easy to follow and schedule for a drop. I waited lest than 24 hours for a response from the tree service that responded since they were working close to my home in *******. They were very accommodating as to where I wanted the drop to be placed. I would recommend this company for your wood chip needs.
