Approximately summertime of 2023, I believe in August, Bartlett Excavation came out to our property to seal our asphalt that they had put in for us. During the job the workers over sprayed the material onto the side of our house and caused damage to the side of the home that couldn't be cleaned. It was decided between us and the business that the appropriate course of action would be get that side of the house re-painted, and once the damage was fixed we would then pay the rest of the cost for the work on the sealing of the asphalt. It was later in the year and there no painting companies that could come before winter so we would need to wait until 2024 approximately in the spring or when it was warmer for the painting to be done. About 3 months ago I reached out to the owner about a couple of cracks in our driveway that needed to fixed, he said let him know when they are bigger as far as needing to get fixed. I reached out again a couple months ago and left a.message that we need to go ahead and schedule for the paint to be done and get the cracks fixed since one of the cracks was significantly longer now. I did not receive a call back. Since then I have tried to contact the owner no less than 6-7 times via phone, have left messages, contacted someone else in the company that I've worked with and left messages, *** have called the company offices twice and left messages. The 2nd time I called the office was today and I was told that I would not get a call back until at least Friday at the earliest because they were on a big job, the call was less than pleasant, I was told that I was giving an attitude. This is unacceptable to not have any communication and still have damage to our home and driveway. I want our home repaired and the cracks in our driveway fixed or I will be forced to take legal action.
