    When the Tech, and his assistant **** installed the speakers they damaged speakers by accidently pushed in speaker, dome. The tech said he was sorry, and I would check with my brother to see if he was okay with the Damage they did. He was not happy about what they did to Brand New Diamond speakers. These are really good and expensive speakers. They need to replace the damaged speaker. They said, the Owner was away at Strugis. This is why it has not been filed yet. I try to call and speak with owner and the person answering the phone always says he is not there.

    Tis is not an accurate account of what happened.  We explain and have a large sign in the showroom for everyone that brings in equipment not purchased from our store we cannot warranty any equipment not purchased from us.  This customer brought in a box with speakers in it that had been opened.  We took them out to the shop and noticed a *********** of the cones.  We brought it to the customers attention and he said to install the speakers with the dent.  He had said the stereo store that had worked on his bike had "screwed him"

    I am rejecting this response because: That is a lie, the Tech at your shop admitted he did it and said, sorry Why would you lie? This is something we can resolve here or small claims court I have the pictures before you started work and after he told me he accidently did the damage. He also replaced the wrong screws in the fairing which is brand New. You made a mistake and now you want to lie to cover up something you already admitted too? You said, your Boss was at Strugis and would be back. So, why when I call no one will place him on the phone?
