    Shady business. Product doesnt work and they ghost you and refuse to refund you and make it right.

    What shameful gatekeeping behavior from this company.I bought their products through one of their distributors and was pretty disappointed, but that's not the focus of this review. I thought they might be knockoffs so I wanted to buy directly from the source instead.I created an account on their site. It says they only sell to professionals or students but I've just started a nail tech school. A few days after my order, I get an e-mail from their customer service, asking me for student enrollment paperwork or a certification number. I haven't received the latter yet, and my "welcome" info booklets don't specifically name me. So, they took my money just to waste my time.Avoid this brand at all costs unless you want to play their elitist games. If you buy outside the source, you may be buying a knockoff. Save your nails and your patience.
