      Called business in order to book a BLS refresher course. During our phone chat I said I may need to cancel my booking if I found a sooner class. He said he would just refund but to continue with the payment.Then ignored my calls and email the whole week prior to the course and did not return calls or my money. I even left a voicemail. I called him back the same day to cancel, left a voicemail, emailed and called again today. No response, clearly just scammed practices.

      Hello ****,

      You registered for the Bls Class on 10/30/24. You emailed me two days later stating you had to cancel. I replied to you letting you know I received your request and you will be refunded. Its only been 3 days since you cancelled. You called us twice after business hours and I did not receive a voicemail from you on either occasion. The refund process does not happen over night and may take several business days to see the refunds are back into your account.  I wish you could have a bit more patient as I can not control the refund process.  Ive replied to you every time you reached out. I have never had a complaint of scamming anyone since I opened my business 32 years ago. This is just a matter of being patient for your funds to hit your bank.
