    I will be filing a complaint about this company. The owner issued me a well deserved refund for an event I couldnt attend and now tells me I shouldnt have received one at all. Ridiculous. Their main contact us page was not responsive and no number was listed so it took a long time to hear back from anyone and when I finally did hear back, I received very unprofessional responses so I reached out to the owner that issued me the refund but today I sent him a snapshot of his colleagues incredibly rude replies. Instead of apologizing and letting me know he will take care of it, he lashed out and told me not to register for their future events. I clearly made it known I would never have anything to do with this company so there was no need for that. It doesnt make any sense either since his colleague mentioned the owner was the only one that didnt have a day job ( as if thats their excuse) and I defended him. I dont know why she felt the need to include that information but it made me so angry bc that was her poor excuse for people not being responsive for months and months. I deserved that refund but I would stay away from this company. They are the exact opposite of what a running community is about.
