    On January 3rd 2023, I needed fuel & stopped at this station (which I normally never do). I filled w/ Premium fuel at the cost of $45.75. W/ in 3-4 miles, my check engine light came on and as I pulled into a lot to park to check fuel cap, my car stalled. It would start to only stall again & again. I had to call a tow company to take my car to ************** for repairs. They found 10% water in my gas tank (which obviously just came from the 76 station!) I had to cancel some meetings, coordinate a ************ several hours of my time. W/ in 1 day, my $45 turned into lost wages & between towing & repair $600. I looked up their # on ****** & once I called, it went to a 76 station in **** **. They assisted me & found the right #. I called the station & a young man answered & said he would email me the form to be refunded. I NEVER received an email. I then proceeded to call over ***** times now. I have left 2 messages w no reply of course & the rest was just sorry, leave a message at the beep. Now it states, "the V/M box is full call again later." I physically stopped by to find all lights on during normal hours but ALL doors were locked. ?? The station in bend gave me the 76 customer care #. I called & they said you need to resolve this w/ the owner of that station. I said I would if I could get ahold of them!! She then sent me the form & said she would forward it to them on my behalf. I filled out the form & attached all receipts for tow & repair. Have heard nothing. I called again to get another rep who said the same thing. I told her my *********** has my claim number but stated (a week later) that the 1st rep NEVER forwarded my form w/ info!! I was fuming. The new gal ******* said she would do it right away & request a call asap from them. As of now, I am not sure it was ever sent & of course no call to me at all. I have now heard of multiple complaints against them & am worried. I just want to be reimbursed my $600 & not left in the dark or treated like c*** Thx
