    In the fall of 2020, I reached out to Precise Rifle Solutions (***************************) about doing a custom rifle build for me using a Proof carbon fiber barrel (valued at $435) and a Mesa Precision carbon fiber stock (valued at $575) that I had previously purchased. After ***** agreed to do the build, I sent him the barrel, stock, and a $1,000.00 deposit check on 2-1-2021. On 2-16-2021, ***** confirmed he picked up the package from the post office, and on 2-22-2021, the $1,000.00 deposit check was deposited into Precise Rifle Solutions' bank account. I did not hear from ***** again until I reached out to him on 8-17-2022 asking how my rifle build was coming along. He responded on 8-17-2022, stating: "Working on it now. Sorry for the lateness. Been a nightmare getting stuff." On 11-13-2022, I contacted ***** again to check on the status of the build. He never responded. On 7-19-2023, I contacted ***** and requested a refund and return of the Mesa Precision carbon fiber stock and Proof carbon fiber barrel, which I had already purchased and provided to him for the project. To date, he has not responded.

    Yes there was an issue the phone # that i was responding to was in correct. The issue has been fixed and im in contact with ***** and product is being delivered .
