I arranged for deep cleaning with monthly follow up appointments. My 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment was very dusty, cob webs and my vacuum cleaner has seen better days. Some shelves had not seen a dusting since my spouse dies several years ago! I asked questions beforehand about oven cleaning and exceptions. I got a list of all the things they said they would do! At first glance things looked okay But then glaring issues became apparent. The kitchen floor wasnt mopped. Their vacuum cleaner didnt work properly and the dusted around somethings and some not at all! Window ***** and blinds werent even touched!Even the books on the shelf in my bathroom were still dusty! I sent an email that evening voicing my issues Since then all Ive gotten were excuses, none of which were voiced before I complained! ( home is too dirty, they tried to save me money by not doing the whole job..) I offered them $400 off the $798.10 they charged l they responded with $448.00. I refused Wednesday I reached for something on a top shelf in my bedroom and came back with a handful dust and spider webs! I went ballistic contacted them again and I withdrew the $400.00 offer! They did a lousy job. They broke my oven door handle ( there was no issue with it prior). I will offer $200 because two people did show up at my house for 4 hours and did some cleaning. But that is all I am willing to offer. They still want $448.10 and now we are at an impasse!

      I have agreed

      Hi *****,
I just wanted to follow-up on this and let you know we can offer you a courtesy refund for the full amount of your cleaning since we would like to resolve this with you peacefully.

That being said we need to first ensure you have not already began the process of a dispute with your credit card company?  If you have already began the process on that end we will need to wait until that is resolved before we can issue any refunds on our end otherwise it would end up being double refunds.

      Please advise.

      Kindly,
      Elizabeth
