      We relocated from ******** to Georgia July of 2022. The day we arrived the home was empty and fully invested with cockroaches. Cockroaches were in the refrigerator on the doors baseboards. The home was also not cleaned properly all baseboards were dirty and stained. We were forced to stay in a hotel that night. After no response by phone or email even after sending pictures we took our family of 5 including pets and drove 45 mins to the local office. When we showed them the pictures *********** advised me and my family to stay in a hotel and they would compensate us for all our expenses. The next day they text us the home was ready in which it was not me and my husband purchased bombs to kill the roaches and stayed in a hotel an additional night. After killing so many roaches we were confused how the home passed inspection we continued to buy more bombs and stayed in a hotel for another night to bomb again. That Monday we drove our family ******************************************************************* which it was promised nor cleaned they again apologized and advised us to stay in a hotel for another night. After constant emails and phone calls we have still not received any refund that was promised we even recorded each visit in the office and have it on tape that they started this. We are demanding a refund of $1100 for the days me and my family had to spend our last on a hotel. Our rent is still paid on time this is not justified!!!
