    On 1-28-2025,I Bought a 2015 KeyStone OutBack Super Light, From Blue Compass Rv ************************************ For the Amount of $22,226.12 I was Told By ***** ******** that Everything Worked as it Should and that Blue Compass Rv went through the Coach,I Believed Him and Purchased the Coach ***** and I Walked Through the Coach, the Fan Above the Propane Stove Did Not Work,***** Said it Would Be Fixed.!!It Was Not Everything Seemed fine Untill it was Delivered When it was Plugged into Shore Water/Power it Got Bad,1. Shower Leaked behind the Wall, Down the Kitchen out the GlideOut 2. Gray Tank Pipe Broke,Resulting in Flooding The Underbelly 3. ********************* wite Cut.4. They Advertise a Mobile Machanic, yet Refuse to Send Him Out to Fix Issues.Blue Compass Rv ********************** Told Me that Everything Worked in the Coach as it Should I Hired **** (Crazy Creek Mobile Rv Repair) ************ As He has 2 ***** Repairs for Me.,I Reported Said Problems to Blue Compass Rv Warranty with Proof of Reciepts from *********** Mobile Rv Blue Compass Refuses to Reimburst Me for Repairs As I was Informed that Everything Works as it Should by ***** Jackibson I am Being Blatantly ignored by blue compass RV in ******* Oregon ***** They Refuse to Make things Right as I have waitined 2 Months for there Help and Nothing So I am Filing a Complaint with BBB

    The Service Manager of the dealership said he spoke to the customer after they took delivery because the customer wanted reimbursement for $700 that they paid to a mobile tech to fix their issues.  The service manager told the customer they would not reimburse them because the mobile tech did not fix their issue. The service manager of the dealership offered to fix the issues as well as to pay for his hotel for the night while they completed the repairs.  The service managers understanding was that the customer was going to make arrangements for getting this set up and call back to schedule the dealership to pick-up the unit; however the customer has not reached out with the information.
