    Terrible customer service, he falsely advertise the style of their storage containers, and he stole $140 from me. They required my card info for autopay. I ordered a white storage unit as advertised. Then when we needed it brought to the home he said he "upgraded" me to a better unit. A broken down painted brown conex shipping container. That smelled as if it had been storing paint cans, had not be swept out, and had oil stains in the floor. I didn't complain and took it because of time restraints. I swept it out and covered the floor with mats. I thought well it was still a form of storage. When the time came, over a month ago, to return the unit I called ****, spoke with him directly, and told him that the container was empty and ready for pick up. That was October 21st. He said they would be by the next day for pick up. The very next day they withdrew a full additional month, 6 days before my next payment would have been due; if I needed another month. I texted him he said he would have it cancelled. Its been over a month and I still have not received my money back. It took them over three weeks before they picked up the container with no explanation. Because of the poor communication and terrible customer services I had a feeling they would try to do it again so I canceled my card and got a new one. And, just like I thought, they attempted to withdraw another $140 from my account a few days ago. I have tried to get this resolved with ****, he keeps telling me he would have it resolved then never follows back up with me. I always made my payment and was done with the box when I told them I would be. **** has given me the impression I wont ever get my money back and nothing else I can do but warn others.

    Thank you for following up. This issue has been resolved. The owner messaged me the following day, after I posted the compliant, and went above and beyond to settle my claim.
