      we bought 2018 Escape from Select Auto Dealership on Feb. 24th included warranties thanksgoodness !! Less than a week on Friday March 3rd the motor lite came on and we had take it in the motor was installed. We took our vehicle to different auto repair. They took video shown us which is shocking us!!! Why would Select Auto Dealership offered us to their contract with mechanic who is not doing their job!!!! Found out that motor has metal in oil and missing bolt and looses line under car. There so much going on I feel mechanic is taking advantage and just being lied to. I saw the sticker on windowsheild shown the oil was changed due next mileage so why would the motor was so bad?? Somewhere along something ain't right between the companies!!!! My husband called at ******************* to explains what's going on with the car he told my husband can't bring it in if motor lite on blinking pull over. He is so wrong and we ain't take his words !! We took our vehicle to different place. I'm thankful for their honesty and took video of it. I told my husband there is something FISHY going on here??? I'm glad that we had warranty. The auto shop found good motor and our car will come out newer unfornately, we had to pay ********. We love this car.My husband spoken with the owner Al of Select Auto He offered him to bring it in to ******************* no cost or trade it other vehicle we decided not because why should we trust Cascade Automotive Repair is under contract with Select Auto Dealership??? I feel So should help pay portion of $******** If the owner Al should check with their mechanic whoever works for this company is not doing their job Sold lemon vehicles to clients
