    I purchased a large screen tv and surround sound from this company. They explained it would be $50 to deliver to my home. If I wanted it set up this would cost me an additional $350. I declined set up. This delivery took greater than 3 weeks to deliver due to no product in stock. Because of the time frame I was remodeling my home and didnt take the tv out of the packaging for approximately 3 weeks later. When i unpackaged the television, it was damaged with scratch marks along the lower screen. I immediately phoned the company and was told to email ******* the manager. I did as requested but not one person responded. I called them again, and was told they would return my call, again they never contacted me. I called again, and this time the agent who sold me the items answered. He explained he would get to the bottom of this situation and call me back. He did get back to me in about 3 days. He said that their warranty only covered this for 3 days. He also stated that they didnt set up the tv and that how did they know I hadnt damaged it. I was very upset that I was charged approximately $4000 and got the worst service Id ever received, was never told that if I didnt pay the extra set up fee my items were not under warranty and nothing on my paperwork stated anything about this. I also was taken back by the statement that I damaged this and would be a liar . I also explained I had been contacting them for over a month about the damages. In the end, I was told they maybe able to give me a discount if I was to purchase something in the future. I would never do business with this company again.
