      We had a problem with our car twice after oil changes being low in oil a week later. So my husband just went in to have a conversation with them to try to find out why this was happening. He explained the problem to a young man who then went in search of the manager. When it was repeated to the manager he raised is voice and started yelling at my husband asking him "are you calling me a liar?" When the statement my husband had said "i don't remember you showing me the dipstick" It ended by the manager yelling at him and telling him never to come back. My husband went on to work and came back from a delivery to be met by his fellow employees laughing at him. The manager from DC had called his work place and screamed at the driver who had answered the phone about what a piece of work my husband is. Yes my husband was in his work shirt when he stopped there before work but he was not representing his work, this was about his personal car. We have been loyal customers since 2015 to this company and even the upper management refused to do something about the their employee calling my husband's work.
