    In June 2021 I had a safe step walk-in tub installed by Just Bathrooms. In January 2025 a leak in my basement ceiling was found and a search began to find the problem. A restoration company was ordered by my insurance company to find the leak. After tearing down my bathroom wall, kitchen wall, and basement ceiling the leak was found to be coming from a plastic piece installed by the contractor Just Bathrooms. The contractor removed the ****** water lines and replaced with plastic and used a crimp bracket to hold the thick plastic lines together at different joint areas. This connections where two pieces of plastic line had a small metal insert placed in each end of the pipe then a metal clamp was placed on each side and left a small space between the lines and that is where the pipe leak was found. For the past 7 days it took three days for the crew to tear out all affected drywall and flooring. Then they brought in machines to dry all damaged wood including flooring. The bathroom remodel cost $21,000 along with special ordered floor tile and inserts that were placed on two sides of walls and one ceiling piece. Only surviving item is the tub itself. The contractor was contacted once it was identified it was from their work. The contractor said would come out to see but did not show called the next day said was in meetings all day but would come out the next day, again no show when called claimed because the gate to my driveway was closed could not get in but failed to call. Again will come out the next day did not call nor did the contractor show. The contractor is now ignoring all calls.

    They quote, sell, install and service the consumer directly.
