Violation ORCP7. This company alleges "a **** *** was served 04/17/2015" regarding an xray bill. I have no knowledge of any person named "**** ***". I was never served on my behalf. No one at my residence, nor anyone authorized by me, received any legal documents. The person who allegedly served, is now deceased. They is no proof I was ever served and have already garnished me. They could have garnished me when the original judgement was granted in 2015, they waited and renewed the judgement March 2025 and took much more than required for the original debt I never received any bills from this company prior to this. No certified mail, absolutely nothing. I was completely unaware of this until I received a garnishment notice in the mail and it has now been over 10 years since the original judgement.Business Response

The process server, Direct Process Servers, provided an affidavit of service indicating that sub-service to a female over the age of 14 and residing at the same address as Mr. ***** was served. We have a copy of the proof of service filed with the Court. Judgment was granted by Douglas County Circuit Court on 5/14/15 and on 3/18/25 judgment was renewed by the Court for another ten years. *** has attempted multiple garnishments since 2015. *** attended a claim of exemption hearing on 5/27/25 and claim of exemption was denied by the Court.Initial Complaint

I received a notice of collection in the mail today for an ambulance bill from the City of *********. However, I was never billed for these services directly and my health insurance was not billed either.Business Response

Suit was filed in Lane County Circuit court and Mr. ******** was personally served by a process server on 4/22/23. Judgment was granted by Lane County Circuit Court on 6/2/23.
