      This business owned by ***************************** took my deposit provided poor workmanship and sporadic work on my project and then pulled up stakes and fled the area. I have learned that I am not the only one of about thirty in the area in the same boat.

      We contracted with this company last year for repairs due to burst pipes. They received a down payment amounting to over $16K, but never did the work, failed to show up on many scheduled dates, and it has been impossible to reach anyone via telephone, email, text, or otherwise. Cabinetry, amounting to several thousand dollars, left out by them is now destroyed by the elements. This left a family of four with over half their home torn up and trying to heat said in a brutal winter.On the advise of counsel we have began the process of legal action against the company and the owner, as well as the formal complaint processes with the ************************************* (CCB). What the company has done to members of this community is simply unconscionable and anyone so impacted should consider, at a minimum, contacting the proper authorities.
