It was later in the night around 11pmI believe, my boyfriend and I ordered meals in drive through at this location of Arbys. When we drove up to pay it was a young lady, about shoulder length hair and glasses who took our money. I only had $100 bill and our order came out to right around $30. This meant she owed me back approx $70. She didnt count out our change but it looked like a stack. She handed us our food and she seemed a bit hurried so not thinking anything about it we drove off. ( looking back I should had counted it but my bf was driving and again we felt rushed by the employee. I stuck all the cash and receipt in my pocket and we went home to eat. After our late night snack I counted my change and money to put it in my wallet. ( I never left the car until I was home nor did my purse get out of my sight ). I live maybe 5 miles from the Arbys location. So when I counted my money the employee had handed us $1s and $5s and some change that would equal the all the money EXCEPT $50! So we were owed approx $70 we received $20 and was missing the rest or as I stated $50. I tried to call them back but no one answered their phone so the next morning I called them again. I asked for manager. The person who answered ( manager I supposed but didnt sound knowledgeable at all) and explained my situation. I asked her if she could contact the person who took the deposits or bookkeeping because they would had been $50 off at the minimum this night. After about 30 minutes on the phone she said she would need to have her boss call me. So I gave all my information and was told to expect a call this afternoon. While she was hanging up I heard a gentleman say What a b**** I was. So not one phone call, *** made numerous calls trying to get my money. No one has taken this serious and Im still trying to speak with someone so I can get MY MONEY RETURNED?! I do not know what this employee did- steal it or made a mistake. All that matters is I get my money ! Its crazy

The first time that this incident was brought to my attention was when we received the letter from the the BBB. I Then contacted the customer to see if I could find out more information about the date and time of the incident. she was able to narrow the time down and I was able to locate a date where we where plus 50 dollars in a till. I Contacted the guest and let her know that we had found the money. And that she could come in anytime and pick it up. She asked me if it was ok for her boyfriend to come get it I said yes and he stopped by and picked up the 50 Dollars.
