    Have you ever been in a situation where you knew absolutely no vendors or services available in a location where you have never lived? Would you dive right in with blind faith and "trust" that everything will work out? That is what my story is all about! I bought a home using modern technology and an iPhone to be present without actually being there! My Realtor suggested an inspector, and his findings did not deter me. I pushed on, purchased the home, and was referred to Handyman Rick by the inspector I used! A list of approximately ***** repairs were needed to make "right" some "upgrades" that were done to the home before it was listed. (There were some doozies!!) A couple of months later, I am still working with Handyman Rick, who is, by far, one of the most amazing humans and contractors I have ever worked with in my life. The list of ***** repairs has become a complete renovation. Kind, considerate, competent, confident, and thorough are just a few accolades that come to mind. Every aspect of this home renovation has been carefully crafted and discussed. This experience is best described as customer service on overdrive!! I am absolutely sure that "the reveal" will be as extraordinary as those shown on ******************** "Fixer Upper," "Home Town," and "Windy City Rehab."
