      Terrible you never get your money if you cancel the policy

      They are truly the Root of all that is evil extorted 60 hard earned dollars of mine. Because I cancel my policy which. I never authorized and was then stuck with fees for cancellation for just liability the General was much cheaper and better experience customer service wise. Never will I speak of the Root because we do not acknowledge any Roots of the evil one. Know that they are predators of evil just taking people hard earned money. For not one service rendered then I have a back and forth with customer service/less they could do nothing for me. First said because I live I. Texas their are fees that are non refundable Like the Great state of ***** would never do that to a fellow Texan but then tell me on page 67 of my policy it clearly stated. Shenanigans, I say. I will never forget today. How I was robbed by the Root that is all evil.

      If I could give you a negative zero I would I had full coverage on a vehicle at 2015 Kia ****** hybrid and you refuse to pay for the damage. They said it wasn't in your scope when there was a recall on said vehicle and it caught on fire and smoldered in my driveway
