      On 9/25/23, ******* informed me that she could not come to pack my belongings, but had to send her guys to pack for me. We had discussed this at length, when I told her that I had a very negative experience with guys packing my things, therefore she consoled me that she would send 2 women to do the packing.The guys arrived 15 minutes late on 9/26/23, but I was still charged from 10am to when they decided to leave, a whopping ****** and the job was not done!!I was to be totally packed and ready for them to load the truck at 9am on 9/27/23, but they forgot several drawers and items to pack, which took them HOURS to do on moving day, 9/27/23. Because of the fires, we had to get thru 199 south between 11am and 1pm or else had to wait until 4pm. ******* said ***** said that its not gonna take long, which was not true at all. Plus, I was being charged for them taking their time to pack & load the truck since we missed the 1pm time to get down 199 south. ******* was misinformed as she tried to console me that there are no closures, just delays.not true!We didnt even get to my new home until 6pm and it took them about 3 hrs to unload, which was ridiculous.I was charged ****** for these two guys dilly dallying, chit chatting with each other & side by side, while packing. I thought they would both work upstairs or downstairs in order to get things done.not.Because they messed up and did not get my things packed on 9/26/23, they spent hours at my home, before they finally started loading the truck. We missed the 1pm deadline to get thru 199 pass, so I had to incur all of those charges. I was shocked to be charged an additional ******* for the loading/unloading & driving on 9/27/23.I have texted *******, asking if she would pay for the cost to repair my couch, that they damaged, but she has not responded to my 2 attempts.I am so disappointed and angry at being treated so wrongly and unfairly.

      We hired these movers to assist ** in loading our uhaul. They said it shouldnt be more than 2 hours. They ended up taking 4 hours and costed ** double what we were quoted which we couldnt afford but we paid. We were moving because my wife was laid off and she needed to find work elsewhere. We hired them 1/7/23 in ********. When they were loading our couch and desks they broke them. The couch they left suspended in the air and have a photo of it. The support in the back snapped and the couch is falling apart. Like I said my wife was laid off so we dont have funds to get a new one. They stacked the desks on top of each other and the bottom one was over the wheel well. It ended up bending the leg and it snapped and when we pointed it out, ***** just pulled it back out and said it was fine. The second one they stacked they busted the other leg off lifting it. These were pre drilled desks from Amazon so we cant add a new hole. I work from home so its imperative I have a desk. We paid for the safe move insurance through uhaul and I went back and forth on a claim for months. They ultimately denied our claim and the movers denied breaking our items during loading. Its been a stressful time and having our couch broke and desk broke has been hard. I work remote so I spend most of my time at home. I cant afford new furniture. I would love to be reimbursed and I even sent receipts to the insurance and they didnt care. These guys were reckless with our items and then lied about breaking them to the insurance company. And the insurance chose to believe them over me with photos of proof. Im not sure what BBB needs from me but Im happy to submit anything. Thanks!!
