    Great service!! ****** our technician was so friendly and enjoyable to talk with! She was successful at taking care of a large mole problem along with ensuring our home was free from pest!! I would recommend Bug Zapper Pest Control to anyone!

    From my initial call to their office, to the visit from the technician. Outstanding! Able to provide me with pricing, and various treatment plan options.Chose a plan, schedule the first visit. Technician followed all things promised. Very clean when in the open, and extremely professional. Completed the visit with an email noting all tasks completed and future.     Technician was on time. courteous, and knowledgeable about my pest problems. Treatment was good. After 3 txs the fleas were gone. Good work! I'd hire Bug Zapper again if needed. Thank for the great service.

    Bug Zapper went above and beyond to help with a rat infestation. They were priced fairly, showed up on time, stayed longer when needed and were great at communicating ! They listened to our needs as a community and jumped right in to solve our problem. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

    BUG ZAPPER is the best! Don't waste your money with The Bug Man, I called Bug Man when I first saw mole activity on one corner of my lawn. The Bug Man came out placed 4 or 5 traps. I called Bug man 3 days later to report heavy mole activity. No response by Bug Man who returned almost 3 weeks later to find they did not catch any moles and the moles now had taken over 1/2 my lawn. Bug Man then set up three more traps and the very next day heavy mole activity again, still Bug Man ignored my calls. Bug Man again returned in 3 weeks only to find they had not trapped any moles again and now my lawn was completely taken over by the moles and destroyed! Bug Man stated, " Oh I'm sorry but the moles are going under the roots of the lawn so that is why I can't catch them. " That is most ridiculous excuse I have heard. The Bug Man picked up his traps and left. Then I learned about BUG ZAPPER they came right out and a wonderful, caring, hardworker ****** responded to my rescue. ****** got down on her hands and knees strategically placed mole traps. She dug down to their tunnels placed traps between the intersecting tunnels. I noticed mole activity the next day and then mole activity seemed to slow down. ****** returned exactly one week later and had caught two moles. Wow and Bug Man couldn't catch a one in 6 weeks? ****** has again strategically placed traps and I have not seen any mole activity in 4 days! Bug Zapper knows their business, does not ignore you and catches the " ****** (moles)! ****** hopes to rid the moles in 3 weeks. You are the BEST ******!!! Thank you, Thank you!

    I had an excellent experience, from customer service to extermination. I called on a Thursday for removal of a hornet nest, and they were here the following Monday to remove the nest. The staff are professional, congenial, and efficient. Bug Zapper exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.
