    The lady will charge you for services that you did not tell her to perform. (Two separate occasions) She will not notify you of these changes to obtain your consent, or even to keep you updated. (The same two occasions)She will treat the animal badly and blame it on the animal.Ive brought my cat in for a bath and hair cut. I tell her please give her a bug bath. I show up, no bug bath was given, because she did not see fleas. I asked for the bug bath because of mites. The next time, I ask for regular bath and a hair cut, she says I gave her a bug bath because she saw fleas. Then says the cat was behaving badly, but forgot to tell me that she left my animal in a cage for several hours before servicing the appointmentI dropped the cat off at 11:30, at 2:30 I show up to find my cat distressed in a cage still waiting on the 12:30 appointment.I want my money back from both of these botched appointments. She knows exactly who I am and also knows that I am telling the truth.

    I am writing in response to the complaint:

    The client came in on first visit with the complaint of mites on cat, no mites were seen, so no flea bath was given. Groomers called up to the vet clinic and asked what do they recommend for treatment, the clinic responded with Bravecto for treatment and was relayed to owner. On next visit the groomer found fleas so a flea bath was given, it is our policy if fleas are seen we will give flea bath to protect our other clients pets. The groomer let owner know this upon picking up pet. Also the cat is *************************************************************************************************************** the future due to age and fractious tendencies. The groomer stated she was behind on schedule but told owner she was going to start  his pet next. We are a grooming shop and sometimes our schedules get behind. I can forward groomer record later today. We don't feel we owe any refund as the services were rendered. The cat was never mishandled or was not being mistreated ..Also the veterinarian he saw last stated the cat is fractious at their facility.
