    I own a 2019 chrysler 300. I purchased at set of tires from this store. The wires that were installed were installed at ****** miles even though the vehicle is still fairly new, my wife and I chose to get an alignment to guarantee proper wear on all four tires. And everything was great until I went in on 9/20/23 to have regular tire rotation. The technician noticed cords wearing on the rear. therefore, he was not allowed to rotate the tires. I spoke with the salesman the prorated attire for me to purchase new tires. I am currently disabled and did not appropriate phones at this time to replace tires. Therefore. In other words, the store told me. I am ***. And I personally thought I knew the owner. I worked for him 16 years ago. I have exchanged emails back and forth. Yeah no resolution has been made. I cannot continue to make doctor visits now because of this issue. They recommended I buy a kit for $1000. To fix the problem for no more tire wear. again the company asking for more money. I will never return to the store. I drove by four other tire companies because I trusted this company. I will no longer do this.

    Service wasn't great. I definitely wont be going back to the Roseburg Big O Tires. My alignment was messed up during tire replacement and when I called to see what I could do to have the problem solved the man that answered was very rude and kept talking over me. He told me there was no way alignment was affected by changing tires. He told me my alignment was not checked before or after the tires were changed. Only the front left side has been affected and there was no problem before the tires were changed. I had increased the size of tires on my truck, so it seems likely to me that alignment could be affected. My problem is the service I received when reporting a problem. Nothing was solved after the call. I would expect when spending $1000 on a service, if something were to go wrong they fix it like their policy says.
