    Took my truck in to have tires installed. Went to pick my truck up when they were done and found they have damaged 2 of my very expensive wheels. That are wanting to try to fix them with a touch up marker and sand paper pad, but they demand I bring it in after hours. Not sure what to do, and need help making the right decisions.

      First of all we have big signs posted on the walls behind the counter that say we are not responsible for damage to mag or custome wheels. I watched the video of are guys doing his wheels, we have cameras everywhere for this reason. The guys did not have any trouble doing the job and followed the correct procedure. There was no indication of the equiptment being used wrong or not working. I want are customers happy so I offered a $12.00 scratch kit to customer. He said he did not know how to use it. I said I could help him after hours due to the fact the insurance would not cover this if the customer did not like it or sued us, so I told him after work so I was  not  on company time. I was trying to be as nice and go the extra mile for my customr. He then told me he was probally not going to like it so I never ended up doing it .The customer has had these wheels for a long time and has been up in the mountains with it, so they are not new. My son knows him so this is how I know how old these rims are.. It could be he never noticed it until then or if something did happen,  it was not on video or notice by are tire tecs. The pictures are of the same wheel not two different ones. He kept saying that he wanted us to buy him new rims and that he had already spoke to his lawyer and was taking us to court .That is the last time I heard from him.

    Destroyed my wheels on my car with their tire machine have pictures to prove it

    9/1/2022 was the date I payed for the tires from tire monkey I payed $180.00 for 4 used tires. My car tires are 185/65/R14 tire monkey put 195/70/R14 on my car. The tires have been rubbing on the finder of my car every since. I went back in on 9/8/2022 to tire monkey to discuss the problem and try to get them to put the right size tires on my car and the guy working was going to exchange tires but they didn't have the right size tires so he inquired on putting different sizes and brands on all 4 tires instead, we said no. So then the employee went outside looked at my car and got an attitude and started yelling and screaming at us in the parking lot threatening us, telling us it was our fault this went on for about a half hour he was yelling in our faces then he told us to leave and not come back to their business and he refused to give us our money back or do anything to resolve the issue. He then went as far as taking pictures of our car as we were leaving and his female employee that was working was outside telling us we needed to leave don't come back threatened to call the cops on us if we didn't leave. So we left still have tires that are the wrong size on my car and rubbing on the finder.

    customer came looking for smaller tires i did not have a set they told me that we put these tires on they did not have a receipt  i looked at the car the front of the car look fine and when i looked at the back of the car the car was setting significantly lower in the back it was very obvious the shock or struts where blow out or modification done to the springs i tried to talk to them about getting the car fixed properly and safely and they wanted to blame the tire size  ether way we can not put tires on any car that has blow out shock or struts without replacing them do to safety protocol  when the gentleman threaten to hit me my wife told him to leave
