    Literally sat in the lobby for 3.5 hours, waiting for my cat to be seen to make sure he did not have an infection. A lady walks in 2 hours after, no appointment and they take her cat back/let her know an eta, which made her leave as it would have been 3 hours at least for her. Not a single word was said to me, no one came to check on my cat, no thing at all. Literally a scam

    $175 spent and nothing got done but a temperature and a heartbeat check. Wounds did not get looked at Wanted ***** more to look at wounds. Went to pay they wanted $200 I was told $175. I said if Im paying $175 I would like to get her antibiotics. They said they would go in the back and see what they have in their donation box. I drove 3 hours to bring my dog there. They wanted me to come back in two hours. I said give me a time Im going to go home and thats a half hour drive, they said they would call me a half hour ahead of time to get there. Soon as I got home they called and said they were ready for me. I told them i literally just got home a half hour drive, you guys said 2hrs. Ill be there at 5:30. Got there at 530 didnt get out of there till 730pm outcome of visit nothing.
