      What else can I say but, "AWESOME!!!!!!" We bought a 2022 Sunset Sunlite 18RD trailer from them in June of that year, and within two months it leaked, badly. We brought it in and to their chagrin and ours, the manufacturer played the silent treatment. As the months passed the damage to a wall grew worse. That came to a sudden end after a BBB complaint to Indiana got the ball rolling. Within a week when the parts came in, Family Fun was able to repair it. When the trailer was 2 years old, the same failure happened again, just two weeks after a reseal. Other than one day since the reseal, its been dry out and there was no water inside. And yes, as per ******'s little 90 day decal on the back of the trailer, we had resealed it a number of times. ****** says, "Trust the Build." We don't. So, on Monday August 29th, we took it back. The new GM there, ******, took one look at it and said, "THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE." Within 48 hours he found us a new 2024 Jayco/Starcraft Super Lite MAXX. It is simpler, better built, better warrantied, and the walls are rock solid. I'm happy it has a real queen *** and a 6'1" guy sized bath. The solar panel, 12 volt electrical system is simpler than an LP fridge and oven. The ** and the mini slide out were more than we asked for as is the storage space. Even the roof to wall bead is screwed on like our former 1971 Lo Liner was. (Lo being the operative word here) Between touring one at the ** show and my wife hearing "*****" in her sleep, we knew. ****** and his guys were able to send that Sunset into the sunset and get us into this new trailer for ten bucks more a month for slightly longer terms. It also comes within 995 pounds shy of our Highlander's tow rating.... and its highly unlikely we're going to put that much gear inside it. We have the *** and all they need to do is adjust it to the new trailer. All that's left is to pick it up tomorrow... and I cannot wait! Great job Family Fun!!!!!!!!
