      On Jan. 31, 2023 I purchased several items for a total of $603.91 order #**** On Jan. 31, 2023 I did an addition purchase for a total of $6.90 order #**** Combined total $610.81 I received confirmation of payment but not shipping. I contacted them on 2/6/23 by phone, 2/9/23 by email. I received a reply that they would look into it 2/13/23. Then I heard nothing. I emailed them again on 2/15/23, 2/20/23,and 2/23/23 and heard nothing.On 2/24/23 I emailed them again stating that I wanted a refund or I would dispute the charge. They replied the same day saying that they would refund me. I received a notification for a $100 refund for order #****, which is incorrect. I emailed them twice more the same day asking about order #**** which is significantly more money. They did not respond again that day.

       Good Morning,

       

      I'm writing in regards to a complaint I submitted, Complaint ID: ******** on 2/25/23. After filing a complaint with your organization, the ****** CPB, and the **** later on that same day the company refunded me my money. Unfortunately this was after I had spoken with my ******************** so it needed to be reconciled with them. **** is finishing up this reconciliation process, but it looks like this issue has been resolved. Thank you.
