  I called to get the battery in my wife's car replaced at 9:45 in the morning and was given a window of 11:00-13:00. The tech showed up at 11:05, did the job while chatting about video games, kids, and how much he enjoyed both. He was in and out in 20 minutes; gave some routine maintenance recommendations, did not try to upsell or anything, and was on his way. Fantastic, professional, amiable service. I highly recommend!

  First, they are not worth any stars, but just to write, I will give only one and that is a mistake. I have a Classic FOX (Mustang). Their mechanic showed up at my house as the issue was electrical. After an hour of trying to correct the problem, the mechanic said he did not understand electrical problems too well and I should take it to their shop in Sherwood where they had a man pretty good on solving electrical issues. I agreed and had a tow truck deliver my FOX to their shop. After three (3) days passed, hearing nothing I called and they said(*********************) they would need more time to fix it. Finally I called again ( 9 )days and said they needed one more day. At that point I told them I would send a tow truck to their shop and pick up the unfixed car. The tow truck driver said the ********************* wanted $ ****** or he would not release my car ? To save my $ ****** Mustang, being extorted, I paid but they are scammers of the first order. My car was filthy dirty when the tow driver put it in my driveway. They not only did not make any kind of intelligent repairs they had had cut others electrical wires really trashing my computer system. I took it to a specialty **** shop and spent more money but ***************** who solved the electrical problem was amazed of the ignorance and gross dishonesty of Mc ******* Mobile mechanics and the owner and his workers are not mechanics but motor butchers. So the home visit I was charged $205.00, and to retrieve my car another $ ******, total paid $ 710.00.I hope my comments will steer any unknowing customer away from the rigged money pit of Mc farlands mobile mechanics ?????????????????????

  is there an option for no stars? where do I start. well the first mechanic no longer valued his job and quit without finishing. multiple mechanics later from this shop tried and failed totaling months of time wasted. multiple charges where given and yet no progress was made. the truck was in their care for more than 7 or 8 months with progress reports few and far between. ultimately they gave the truck to a different shop and let us know we owed them over 12000$ how does a business stay open with this style of business model. not communicating with the customer. not completing the repairs. not treating the customer with that most basic respect. I wish I could warn others in advance so they didn't have to endure what we had to. maybe someone will read this and choose a different shop. Kevin the owner should have given every dollar back to us no charge since the truck was not repaired but because he chooses to have individuals run his day to day operations of the business he owns without over sight who failed to perform the job properly we are stuck with a massive bill and a truck that wasn't repaired.. doesn't quite seem the correct way to do things. history will write itself on this shop and if allowed to continue to run this way it will fail.. wish I had some kind words and praise for a job well done but in this situation I don't see how any of that could possibly apply. Kevin Insisted he was taking a huge hit on this job and he had to recoup as much from us as he could but yet we didn't recoup anything so in all respects we payed to keep the big man open in business and future customers will be sadly disappointed when they pay the price for poor service.

  We paid for a diagnostics at McFarlands. we decided to leave it to fix what the diagnostics said was the problem, they told us to come back a week later. It has been four weeks, the truck has the same problem - they are blaming a rodent nest and keep saying they will look at it. The invoice is over $1k and they still havent told us what is wrong with it, They think it could be electric, and claim that they have been working on it. We drive by several times a day by the shop and the truck remains in the same spot, untouched. We are beyond frustrated and not sure what to do. I see other similar complaints. if anyone has advise, please help.
